One of Asiatown’s most lauded restaurants and its celebrated chef will open a second location in the Houston Farmers Market on Airline, scheduled to open later this year.

Crawfish & Noodles, the restaurant that propelled chef-owner Trong Nguyen to national fame, will be among the businesses making a new home at the farmers market that is being redeveloped with new restaurant and retail offerings. Nguyen was nominated last year as a finalist for Best Chef Texas for the James Beard Awards for his work at the restaurant known for its Viet-Cajun crawfish.
