Houston Farmers Market taps new leasing team
MLB Capital Partners has engaged NewQuest Properties to handle leasing at its Houston Farmers Market redevelopment in the Heights area.
Houston-based MLB Capital, a private investment company led by Todd Mason, Jeff Lindenberger and Fred Baca, purchased the historic farmers market in 2017 and completed a redevelopment with new open air pavilions, updated vendor areas, restaurant spaces, a one-acre event lawn and parking last year. The market has been in operation since 1942.
