Underbelly Burger now open at Houston Farmers Market
The dining options at the Houston Farmers Market on Airline kick off today with the opening of Underbelly Burger, Chris Shepherd’s burger joint.
The limited menu features burgers made with 44 Farms Angus beef and R-C Ranch wagyu (R-C recently opened a butcher shop at the farmers market), a veggie burger, chicken sandwich, bacon-sausage hot dog, kale salad, and ranch-seasoned fries. It also offers beer and wine.
The signature burger is an updated version of Hay Merchant’s Cease and Desist burger – a double-patty, double-cheese oozer built with lettuce, pickles and tomato on a potato bun.

Open 6:00am to 7:30pm daily
Market closed only on Christmas Day
and New Years Day
