Vietnamese-Cajun restaurant Crawfish & Noodles will open its second location at the Houston Farmers Market in the fall, according to a March 11 press release.

The full-service restaurant will span 3,298 square feet and overlook the market’s nearly 1-acre greenspace. The new location’s menu will feature the restaurant’s signature dishes such as Viet-Cajun crawfish, salt and pepper Dungeness crab, fish sauce wings, and basil fried rice, as well as new authentic Vietnamese dishes.

“I have been coming to the Houston Farmers Market ever since I first moved to Houston 30 years ago,” said Trong Nguyen, chef and owner of Crawfish & Noodles. “This is still the same market, just modernized. I’m excited to be a part of this project because open-market concepts are exactly what Houston is about, community. We have a lot of great things planned and look forward to sharing them with our great city.”
