Crawfish & Noodles is operating a 3,298 square-foot, full-service restaurant overlooking the market’s nearly one-acre green space. Guests can look forward to enjoying the restaurant’s signature Viet-Cajun dishes, such as Viet-Cajun crawfish, Basil Fried Rice, and Fish Sauce Rice, in addition to new authentic Vietnamese dishes. A veritable Houston institution, Crawfish & Noodles opened its original location in Houston’s Asiatown in 2008. Chef-owner and James Beard Award semi-finalist Trong Nguyen has since pioneered the fusion of Cajun and Vietnamese cuisines throughout the region.
