Founded in Bailey’s Prarie, Texas by lifelong friends Ryan Cade and Blake Robertson, R-C Ranch Texas Craft Meats opened their first brick-and-mortar butcher shop at the Houston Farmers Market in 2021. R-C Ranch offers the highest quality selection of humanely raised Texas Wagyu beef and Heritage pork, and will partner with other local ranchers to provide chicken, lamb, goat, wild game, and more. At their inaugural retail front, you can expect an old-school butcher shop feel with an emphasis on connecting you to the families that produce the food for a true farm-to-table experience.
